Beware of this developer as we hired under contract to develop our
website. He is a very intelligent smooth talking con artists. He will tell you
about his Berkley college degree and websites he has developed that are making
one million dollars a week. Then when it comes time to deliver a product he
will stop communication after he takes your money. Our company saved money for
over three years to develop our website and I am embarrassed to say we were
taken for every penny. Over a four-month period we paid Ari Pollock $21,250.00.
We had weekly meetings over the phone with Ari and have a recorded message just
7- days before he took our fifth draw and stopped working on our project
stating our website was 7- days away from completion. He then stopped responding
to us completely. So, he is scamming other clients as we you are reading this
article. I am posting this article in hope someone will see it before Ari
Pollock takes his next victim. We have contacted many organizations including.
1) The FBI IC3
platform (Internet Crime Complaint Center). We have posted a complaint.
2) We posted on
the Attorney General’s office website.
3) We have
filed a police report.
4) We have file
a complaint with the Federal trade commission.
5) We have
posted on the Rip-off Report website.
6) We have
posted on Pissed customer website.
7) We have
posted on the (BBB) Better Business Bureau in California.
8) We have
posted on E - consumer on line scams website.
9) We have
filed a complaint with the consumer fraud department.
10) We have filed
a complaint on E- consumer.gov.
11) We have
contacted an attorney, but understand the cost of filing fraud charges in
separate states. We are in Ohio and he is in California.
